About Y&L

YOON & LEE International Patent & Law Firm provides a comprehensive range of services for intellectual property (IP) rights, including patents and trademarks, as well as consultation services for the management and enforcement of IP rights. The firm was founded in 1989, became a limited liability company in April 2017, and provides distinctive and specialized services for domestic and foreign clients.
We are able to offer IP services optimized for the benefit of our clients through close cooperation and teamwork that maximizes the high levels of expertise and experience of our staff of about 100 (40 foreign and domestic patent attorneys and lawyers). In particular, we offer an efficient and effective combination of patent attorneys, former KIPO examiners, foreign attorneys, and technical advisors with advanced degrees (PhD and other post-graduate qualifications) in their specialist subjects, such as electrical engineering, computer science, and biotechnology.
